The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is about 1400 sq ft under a/c and another 350 sq ft of balcony all in a teak wood.
The house is positioned on the side of a mountain with incredible views of the ocean and outer islands as well as a coconut tree forest below. It is "private" and upscale. Nice kitchen with an oven which is definitely not standard in any asian home.

though? Something like this simply isn't available in
the USA and if it were it would be a million
dollars!
The third photo is my jeep parked under some
palm trees on a secluded beach that "is" for sale and
is prime for a smaller development and/or resort and
it is about a million dollars. Something like this in
florida simply does not exist.
It's more of a robinson
crusoe beach which I can envision either a very
wealthy investors house or a small resort/restaurant,
and assorted water sports and nature/spa area. Very
cool.
I have access to even better land and views here and a
typical half acre of seriously nice mountain/ocean
view land is available for around 35,000-45,000 ( for
the top of the line) and building is cheap.
